SERVING WITH YOUR GROUP

Small groups are encouraged to participate in Go Ops (ideally quarterly). We recommend electing a member of the group to be a Go Catalyst–a person in the group who coordinates group serving opportunities.

IDENTIFY and invite a go catalyst:

Is the person a member of CCCC?

Is the person an active participant of small group?

Does he/she have a heart to mobilize the group to do GO Ops?

Have a conversation with your potential catalyst letting them know you have seen their heart for serving and for the community and ask them if they would consider taking on the role of Go Catalyst.

The Go Team will follow up with him/her and provide ongoing Go Op communication and resources.
