Camp is a significant part of our Children and Student Ministries. During camp, kids and students are building relationships with their leaders, experiencing a worship environment alongside their peers, and hearing incredible biblical teaching. We’re praying and expecting your kids to return from camp feeling challenged and prepared to grow in their faith!
What happens if my student tests positive for COVID-19 before we leave for camp?
Our first priority is the health of your student. If your student tests positive within 72 hours of attending camp, we will refund you fully for your student’s registration.
Is there transportation to camp?
Camp Creek (both Junior High and High School) will provide transportation by bus to camp Tejas. No transportation for Creek Kids camp (4th and 5th grade). You are encouraged to carpool with friends to Forest Glen.
I’m having trouble registering who can I call?
We have also created a document that helps you walk through what registration looks like as an additional resource. You can access that by clicking HERE. Or you can call us at 281-338-5433 ext:1703 or 1709 (M-TH 8:30-4;00).
What is the minimum amount required to sign up?
A $50 deposit is all that is required to reserve a student’s spot.
When is the balance due and how do I make payments?
Yes! We don’t want money to be the reason a kid/student cannot go to Summer Camp. Scholarship funds can be requested April 1- April 17, 2022 in the registration. The scholarship form will not be reviewed until a kid/student registers and pays the deposit. If a family is unable to pay the deposit for their kid/student, we ask that you reach out to the camp contact. Creek Kids Camp (current 3rd-4th grade) and Camp Creek (current 5th-11th grade).
Will other churches be at this camp?
No, we rent out the whole facility and our campers will be the only kids/students at camp.
What are the accommodations?
Both camps have rooms with multiple beds/bunks in each room. Kids/Students are assigned rooms by grade/gender. School/friends accommodations may also be requested. We cannot ensure we can accommodate every request made.
How much spending money should my student bring?
Spending money is not needed, however if you would like your student to have access to the camp store, we suggest $20-$30. The camp store will have snacks, shirts and other memorabilia that can be purchased during specific times while at camp.
Your $50 deposit secures your kids/student’s spot at camp. The final date to cancel your student’s registration is May 15th and any outstanding balance over your deposit will be cancelled or refunded to you. Failure to cancel your registration by May 15th will result in your balance being due in full. Final payments are due by May 24th .
What do the kids do at camp?
Kids and students will enjoy age-appropriate gospel teaching, small group, games, recreation, swimming, zipline, climbing wall, crate stacking and more!
Can I write to my kid at camp?
We discourage parents from writing/sending packages to the camp as kids/students will not get them in a timely manner.
