Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance

People in Need Ministry (PIN) exists to provide assistance to members and regular attenders of Clear Creek Community Church who are experiencing financial hardship.

PIN funds are available to assist people who are members of CCCC or who are regular attenders, (People who consistently attend services.)
Before requesting help from this ministry, please present your need to your small group or whoever you are in biblical community with first. These are the people who will be able to walk along side you best.

Helping With Your Financial Crisis
If you are experiencing financial hardship and need help, we would love to walk with you and help you. Here's what you will need to do. Obtain a Financial Assistance Request Form from the CCCC office or download one here. Complete the entire form and return it to the CCCC office. You will receive a call within two business days of when you submit the request to clarify any questions and to schedule an appointment with a PIN group representative.

Meeting With PIN Counselor
The PIN representative is there to look at your situation and offer encouragement and guidance for you.
  • PIN financial assistance appointments are conducted on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Please bring all bills and documents with you to your appointment. CCCC must have a copy of the bill in order to assist you.
  • The PIN volunteer is not able to make a decision to provide resources during the appointment.
  • All requests for financial assistance are reviewed by the PIN group on Wednesdays of each week. Only after approval by the PIN group will the PIN Financial request be processed.
  • PIN checks are cut weekly on Thursday, no exceptions.
  • PIN checks are mailed directly to the vendor (landlord, utility company, etc.)
